The existing apartment is a duplex on the last 32 and 33 floor of a residential building. The use of the roof top (34F) was granted but no access existed. We were able to totally change this apartment in order to fit our clients desires. The whole process needed a 1 year construction time and the amount of work was tremendous. During the process, many floors were created, walls opened, bays enlarged and we managed to increase the size of the apartment from 260 sqm to 520 sqm.
此公寓是一座住宅楼最后32层和33层的复式结构。屋顶（34层）可以使用，但无法通上去。我们彻底改变这一层公寓，从而满足客户需求。整个过程耗时一年建设，工作量庞大。建设过程中，增加了很多房间、楼层。整个项目由原来的260平方米增加到了520平方米。
The existing apartment was a duplex on the last 32nd and 33th floor of a residential building. The use of the roof top (34F) was granted but no access existed.
Like often the space wasn't used efficiently but all the walls were bearing walls and it limited our chances to totally transform the space to get a better layout.
We still were able to totally change this apartment to fit our client family needs.
The whole process needed one year of construction and the total description of work would too long to list here.
During the process, many floors were created, walls opened, windows created, bay enlarged.
It tooks a lot of efforts but the result is our client's dream apartment.
