Overview

The towers, vertically lined, are pointing their fingers at the sky. They are emerging from their bases, horizontal bracelets surrounding them. The base is layered like stratified earth, or small rocky mountains. This base allows several entrances and create along its length interconnected spaces with different characters. Along the north-south axis, a river runs like in a green canyon, edged by glass cliffs of colorful shops. On this river we can find several wooden islands — some allow restaurants and cafes to install terraces, others are filled with plants, trees and flowers. We can walk all along this river, protected from the noise of the city, like in another place, somewhere in a mountainous landscape. When they touch the ground, the vertical lines of the towers become lines of vegetation linking the two buildings. Along the west-east axis, these lines wave, licking the feet of the towers, with pathways rising to create places with shade, and little streams of water running along, linking basins with fountains.
